A Seat at the Table: Dr. Scott Leverage

This month, I had the privilege of sitting down with one of my very first—and still one of my favorite—clients, Dr. Scott Leverage. Long before I believed in myself, he believed in me, and I’ll always be grateful for that.

We talk about Dr. Leverage’s journey from an uncertain college student to becoming president of Tri-State Gastroenterology Associates, the mentors who helped shape his path, and the power of encouraging others to pursue their calling. We also reflect on the moments that defined our own careers, why serving others brings so much purpose, and how meaningful conversations can happen just as easily over a great bourbon as they can around a dinner table.
